We often overlook signage but it can become iconic in a suburb. This apex belting sign is a great example of an iconic sign in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
The sign has been incorporated into the architectural style of the building. The detailing in the brickwork and the way the building steps to accommodate the design, demonstrates the importance of the signs integration rather than an afterthought which is why signs like this become important landmarks.
